Booking policy
A few simple things that keep appointments running smoothly for everyone.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure any booking, and the remaining 50% is paid on the day of your appointment.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late cancels the appointment and the deposit is non-refundable.
- Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to rearrange or cancel, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
- Please arrive with no eye makeup or mascara, or an extra charge applies.
- Please attend alone.
